A 54-year-old Yohanna Danladi has allegedly raped his step sister’s four year old daughter in Barkin Kasuwa of Mangu local government area of Plateau state. The administrative secretary of the state office, Hauwa Kangiwa also disclosed that 124,963 Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) had not been claimed in the state. Thirteen passengers Sunday night, roasted beyond recognition following a fatal accident near the Four-Corners of Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway.
