About 50 winners have emerged in the ongoing Dangote Cement Plc ‘Bag of Goodies Promo Season 3’ in the Northeast region on Thursday. The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) says it is working with relevant authorities to ensure that only vehicles installed with Speed Limit Device are allowed into the country. The Acting Corps Marshal, Dauda Biu stated this while receiving the Leadership of National Union of Road Transport Workers, (NURTW) at the FRSC Headquarters in Abuja. Biu said that the measure became necessary to remove additional cost burden on drivers for installation of the device. The Police Command in Benue on Thursday confirmed the death of six persons in a boat mishap which occurred in Guma local government area of the state. The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) has cautioned Ministries, Departments and Agencies of Government (MDAs) against contracting consultants and concessionaires to collect taxes due to the federal government or any of its agencies.
