In efforts to clean up new voter registrations, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says it has delisted 1,126,359 out of the 2,523,458 voter registrants from its register. The Computer Security Incident Response Team of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC-CSIRT) has identified five malicious Google Chrome Extensions that surreptitiously track online browser’s activities and steal their data. The Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) is the telecom sector’s cyber security incidence centre set up by the NCC to focus on incidents in the telecom sector and as they may affect telecom consumers and citizens at large. Kechi Okwuchi, on 10 December 2005, she was involved in a horrific plane crash in Nigeria that took 107 of the 109 lives on board. Nigeria’s largest airline, Air Peace Limited, is set to showcase its Embraer E192-E2 aircraft at the Aviation Africa Summit 2022, in Kigali, Rwanda, on September 12. The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) says Nigeria’s total merchandise trade stands at N12,841.54 billion, in the second quarter of 2022. This is according to the NBS Foreign Trade in Goods Statistics Report for Q2 2022 released in Abuja on Thursday.
