The Kogi Ministry of Health has commended Sightsavers, an international NGO, for donating 480 navigation devices (white canes) to the visually impaired through the State Board for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has appealed to motorists and other road users to demonstrate strong compliance with established traffic and railway safety regulations.
