The Federal Executive Council (FEC) has ratified the convention seeking to regularise the recognition of diplomas and certificates across Africa. Gunmen have killed 25 persons and destroyed 68 farmlands as well as 63 huts in four communities of Kauru local government area of Kaduna state. A former student of Government Secondary School (GSS) Chibok, in Borno state and her Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorist-husband, have surrendered to troops of the Nigerian military, PRNigeria has authoritatively gathered. A Senegalese student has been detained for fraud after allegedly disguising himself as a woman and sitting his girlfriend’s high school exams, his lawyer told AFP on Tuesday. The girlfriend has also been detained. Both are due in court in the West African country on Thursday, on charges of fraud and complicity in fraud, lawyer Serigne Ndiongue said.
