A Federal High Court, Abuja, on Wednesday, refused to admit Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) to bail. Justice Binta Nyako, in a ruling, held that since Kanu was earlier granted bail in 2017 and jumped the bail, the court must first determine the real reason he jumped the bail before he reapply for another one. Bandit terrorists on Tuesday evening, struck the Abuja-Kaduna highway and abducted scores of passengers in an operation that lasted almost an hour, Daily Trust has reported. According to the report, the bandits blocked the highway between Kurmin Kare and Katari in Kachia local government area of Kaduna state and abducted passengers from commercial and private vehicles. Nigerian government has warned Facebook and other social media platforms, to disallow the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) from using their platforms to incite violence and instigate ethnic hatred in the country. Apple says it plans to introduce a new set of accessibility tools to its devices to aid those living with disabilities.
