The UK government has advised the Nigeria to improve the standards of its products to enable the country export 99 per cent of its goods to the UK, tariff free by 2023. British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Catriona Laing gave the advice in an interview in Abuja. Nigerian businessman and philanthropist, Aminu Dantata and the founder of BUA group, Abdulsamad Rabiu on Saturday, raised over N1 billion for Jigawa flood victims. The donations were made in Dutse at the fund-raising in support of the 2022 flood victims in the state. Dantata and Rabiu each donated N200 million, Jigawa state government N250 million, Gov. Muhammad Badaru donated N25 million on behalf of himself, family and his company, Talamis Group. The combined methane emissions of 15 of the world’s largest meat and dairy companies are higher than those of several of the world’s largest countries, including Russia, Canada and Australia, according to a new study.
