A coup attempt in Sao Tome and Principe on Thursday night has been foiled, Prime Minister Patrice Trovoada said. Katsina state governor, Aminu Masari state on Tuesday, presented N288.63 billion as the state’s budget for the 2023 fiscal year to the state House Assembly.
