ASHENEWS reports that the Sokoto State Governor, Ahmad Aliyu has appointed seven persons into various positions, including that of the Secretary to the State Government, Chief of Staff and five others.
This is contained in a statement by Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Abubakar Bawa made available to ASHENEWS on Wednesday.
Their names and positions as as follows:
- Alh. Muammadu Bello Sifawa,
Secretary to the State Government - Alh. Aminu Haliru Dikko, Chief of Staff
- Alh. Gandi Umar, mni, Senior Special Assistant Administration
- Alh. Husaini N. Umar Gorau, Senior Special Assistant (P.A)
- Hon. Bello Yahaya Wurno, Senior Special Assistant Inter-Governmental and
Multi-Lateral Relation - Farul Labbo, Special Assistant Domestic
- Faruk Ahmad Shuni, Special Assistant Protocol
