The Federal High Court, presided over by Justice Binta Nyako on Monday, adjourned the trial of leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu till October 21.
The adjournment was due to the failure of the State Security Services, SSS, to produce him in court.
Recall that Kanu was arrested and extradited to Nigeria from Kenya and has been in the Service custody after his first arraignment.
Kanu is facing charges bordering on treasonable felony brought against him by the federal government of Nigeria over his Biafran agitation.
