Participants at a training organized by the Centre for Citizens with Disabilities (CCD) say there is urgent need for security and judiciary personnel to help enhance the civic space for effective participation of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).

The Federal Government has received a petition with 48,063 signatures from 121 countries calling for action to protect disability rights.
