An aspirant for the Ondo North Senatorial seat, Michael Abayomi Adeyanju, popularly known as Imole, has paid a courtesy visit to the state leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC), reaffirming his commitment to party unity and progressive governance.
During the visit to the APC State Secretariat, Adeyanju congratulated the newly elected Ondo State Chairman, Kolawole Babatunde, describing his emergence as timely and symbolic of renewed unity and strength within the party. He expressed confidence that the new leadership would reposition the APC as a dominant political force in the state.
Adeyanju also commended the administration of Ondo State Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, praising ongoing efforts in infrastructure development, economic growth, and social welfare. He noted that the governor’s policies reflect continuity and a clear commitment to advancing the state’s development agenda.
At the national level, the aspirant lauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for what he described as bold reforms under the Renewed Hope Agenda, noting that the administration’s economic and institutional reforms are vital for Nigeria’s long-term growth and stability.
Declaring his intention to represent Ondo North, Adeyanju said he is driven by a desire to serve, bridge the gap between government and citizens, and promote youth empowerment and community development.
He called on party leaders and members to support his aspiration, pledging to work collaboratively to strengthen the APC and secure electoral victories across all levels.
The visit is part of ongoing consultations ahead of the party’s senatorial primaries in Ondo State.
