Justice Muhammad Tukur of State High Court, Kaduna on Tuesday, convicted and sentenced the duo of Maryam Muhammad Jallo and Rukaiya Muhammad Jallo to ten years imprisonment for offences that border on criminal breach of trust. The Senate on Tuesday mandated the committees yet to submit reports on budget defence for MDAs to do so on or before November 27 to the Committee on Appropriation for harmonisation. A new electronic case management system that will digitise the entire case management processes of the ECOWAS Court of Justice will become operational in January 2021.
