The commissioner for Health in Plateau state, Dr Nimkong Lar has disclosed that Cholera outbreak has recorded 953 cases and 14 deaths. He also said that 910 patients had been discharged while 29 were receiving treatment in various health facilities across the state. The management of the Kogi state Polytechnic, Lokoja, has expelled 27 students of the institution over examination malpractices. A statement by the spokesperson of the Polytechnic, Mrs Uredo Omale on Wednesday in Lokoja, said the expulsion was approved by the Academic Board of the institution.
