The Kaduna State Government said on Sunday that bandits killed seven persons in different parts of the state. Mr Samuel Aruwan, the Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, confirmed the incident in a press statement on Sunday in Kaduna. Aruwan said, “On a sad note, security agencies reported that bandits attacked some people in Kajinjiri village, Igabi local government area, and killed two residents”. The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has confirmed the death of nine persons in a motor accident at Kunar Dumawa in Dambatta Local Government Area of Kano State on Sunday. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and heads of various tertiary institutions in the country have agreed to conclude all 2020/2021 admissions by June 15. The board made the disclosure in a statement signed by its Head of Media and Publicity, Dr Fabian Benjamin on Sunday.
