The World Health Organisation (WHO) on Thursday unveiled an $8 billion dollar pathway out of the COVID-19 pandemic, to facilitate vaccines’ accessibility to everyone, everywhere. Some health stakeholders in the Northeast have welcomed the new malaria vaccine approved by the World Health Organisation (WHO), describing it as instrumental in the fight against the disease. A cross section of the stakeholders expressed joy over the development in separate interviews in Adamawa, Bauchi, Gombe, Jigawa and Yobe states on Thursday.
