Nigeria arrested no fewer than 8,634 suspected drug traffickers from January to August 2021, Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Buba Marwa, has disclosed. Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai says the state expects an internally generated revenue of N67.26 billion and N24.9 billion Value Added Tax (VAT) which will be used to partly finance the state’s 2022 budget of N233 billion. His request was read at plenary in Kano on Tuesday, by the Speaker, Hamisu Chidari.
