Sokoto state governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has presented the 2923 appropriation bill of ₦198,501,095,129.88 to the state assembly. Presented on Monday, the budget which the governor said is based on the prevailing fiscal realities as contained in the State Medium Term Expenditure (MTEF), is higher by N10 billion (26.7%) than the 2022 budget which was ₦188,429,495,847.63.
