Terrorists have killed four policemen and three other persons when they invaded a weekly market in Yar Bulutu, Sabon Birni local government area of Sokoto state on Monday. The spokesperson of the state Police Command, DSP Abubakar Sanusi confirmed the development to ASHENEWS on Tuesday. “Yes. Sokoto state governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has presented the 2923 appropriation bill of ₦198,501,095,129.88 to the state assembly. Presented on Monday, the budget which the governor said is based on the prevailing fiscal realities as contained in the State Medium Term Expenditure (MTEF), is higher by N10 billion (26.7%) than the 2022 budget which was ₦188,429,495,847.63.
