The King also visited hospitals and donated blood to the victims of the earthquake
In the wake of the magnitude 6.8 earthquake in Morocco, King Mohammed has pledged to donate a monthly stipend of $250 for a year to each of the victims. Each of the victims will therefore receive $3,000.
In the same vein, Morocco will give $14,000 to each person whose homes have been destroyed by the earthquake, and $8,000 to each person whose homes have been cracked.
The Board of Administrators of Al Mada, at the proposal of its principal shareholder, SM King Mohammed VI, announced one billion Dirham financial contribution to the special fund for the management of the effects of the earthquake that hit the Kingdom of Morocco.
