Reverend Adaji Olobo Micheal has posited that only irresponsible men complain of hardship, even as he admonishes Christians to have confidence in God that owns everything.
Michael, who is the newly posted Reverend of Christian Evangelical Fellowship of Nigeria (CEFN), Sokoto Missionary zone further said that people should cultivate the habit of thanksgiving at all times.
Preaching on the topic, “Thanksgiving Commands Fullness And Abundance”, Rev. Michael decried that complains only complicate matters and never bring solutions.
“‘It is irresponsible men that complain about their responsibilities. A complainer is an insult to God. Hence, complain is a manifestation of a frustrated man.
“God is the owner of all wealth therefore you have no reason to complain about worrisome situation that you think God cannot help out.
“I pray for us this morning, that whatever God can do, may we not be ridiculed for it. Because you can’t be thankful to God and be thankless by humans,” Rev. Michael affirmed.
While noting that Christians should always cultivate the habit of being happy for the progress of others, Rev. Michael assured that, “somebody’s prosperity would not stop your own as God is ever ready to bless everybody at His appointed time.”
“If God can bless somebody, then your failure is an insult to our God that owns all wealth.
“Why would you have God an be looking for assistance of men that equally depends on God. God is not limited by any material things. Just be thankful to God that owns everything.
“If Jesus can use five loafs of bread and two pieces of fish to feed 5,000 men besides women and children, then never complain as God is master of difficult situation.
“The God we serve will always have a way out of all troubled situation. Even at the point of borrowing do not complain, as Jesus borrowed the five loafs of bread and two pieces of fish from somebody amongst the multitude.
“But at the end, after they have all eaten to their satisfaction, the remnants were collected into 12 baskets. Meaning our God is able to make a way where all hopes are lost,” Rev. Michael noted.
