A new study by Ifeoma Ulasi, a Professor of Medicine and Nephrology, at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) in Enugu State shows that one-third of Nigerians and Ghanaians suffer from Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) due to a gene variant.
