ESDIAC Global Systems Limited, a Nigerian technology company, says it has secured a licence to operate in Nigeria’s data market, paving the way for the expansion of its telecommunications and digital communication services.
This is contained in a statement issued in Lokoja on Friday by the company’s founder and Chief Executive Officer, Austin Ugbebor.
Ugbebor said the licence would enable ESDIAC to provide cross-border data solutions, international connectivity, data top-ups and global eSIM services to Nigerian consumers and businesses.
He said the company aimed to make international communication more affordable and accessible to Nigerians at home and in the diaspora.
He commended President Bola Tinubu and the Federal Government for policies aimed at promoting competition and growth in Nigeria’s digital economy.
According to him, the company would leverage the licence to expand its operations, invest in local infrastructure, develop talent and extend affordable communication services to underserved communities.
He said ESDIAC operates in at least 150 countries and 400 cities worldwide, offering international calling services, global eSIMs and cross-border data solutions.
He urged members of the public to direct further enquiries to Adoga Ibrahim via email at support@esdiac.com.
Ugbebor reaffirmed the company’s commitment to supporting Nigeria’s digital transformation agenda through innovation, investment and inclusive connectivity.
