A member of the Imole Progressive Network, Ayedogbon Ayodele, has called on residents of the Ondo North Senatorial District of Ondo State to rally behind Engr. Michael Abayomi Adeyanju, popularly known as Imole, describing him as a leader who embodies accessibility, understanding, and effective representation.

In a statement made available to supporters and members of the political movement, Ayodele said the people of Ondo North have long desired a representative who understands their challenges, engages directly with the grassroots, and is committed to delivering tangible development.

According to him, Adeyanju has continued to distinguish himself through a leadership style centred on listening to the concerns of the people, maintaining open communication with communities, and promoting inclusive participation in governance and development.

He noted that the growing support for Adeyanju across communities and among stakeholders in Ondo North reflects the confidence many residents now place in his vision and leadership style.

Ayodele further stated that Adeyanju’s people-oriented approach has earned him increasing popularity among youths, community leaders, and political supporters who believe the district deserves a more responsive and accessible representative.

“Across Ondo North, the demand has been clear — the people want a representative who listens, understands, and delivers. Chief (Engr.) Michael Abayomi Adeyanju has answered that call,” Ayodele said.

He added that Adeyanju’s commitment to grassroots engagement continues to resonate strongly with residents, positioning him as a credible voice for progress and effective representation in the district.

The Imole Progressive Network member also urged residents and political supporters to unite behind Adeyanju’s vision for Ondo North, stressing that collective action and unity would bring meaningful development and transformation to the area.

“Adeyanju for the people, Adeyanju for progress. Let us move together to the promised land. With one voice for Adeyanju, we can get it right,” he added.

The statement concluded with the movement’s slogan: “Imole de, Okunkun parada.”

Meanwhile, executive and general members of the Imole Progressive Network joined other well-wishers in celebrating the group’s Secretary-General, Comrade Chris Olorunfemi, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary on Saturday, May 9, 2026.

The group prayed for long life, prosperity, and continued success for Olorunfemi, whom they described as a hardworking grassroots mobiliser and political ally of Michael Abayomi Adeyanju.
