ASHENEWS reports that the All Progressives Congress (APC) has cleared 17 out of the 25 local government areas in Niger State in the just concluded Governorship election in the state.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has so far announced results from 22 out of the 25 local government areas in Niger State as of Sunday night.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has been declared the winner in five of the 25 local government areas in the state.
At the moment, the INEC is still awaiting results from the three remaining local government areas including Shiroro, Mashegu, and Rijau.
