Publisher of News Angle, Fadipe installed Baale of Mamu Land

The publisher of News Angle International Magazine in Ogun state, Frederick Fadipe was on Saturday, installed as the Baale of Mamu land in Abeokuta Ogun state, by the Ijemo Akomoyin chieftaincy council.

The ceremony took place at Ijemo Akomoyin Chieftaincy Hall, Oke Ijemo, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

The entire Lagongo Descendants, the people of Mamu, friends and journalists stormed the installation ceremony to show love to the media guru.

The Akomoyin chieftaincy council after completing all the necessary traditional rites stated that the people of the community who present in large numbers endorsed the seasoned journalist to be their Baale , saying that, that is why they installed him.

They therefore urged the new Baale to always be concerned about the development of the community and also urge the residents to work in tandem with him and respect the rules, regulations and laws governing Baales.

They therefore prayed that his tenure will bring peace and tranquility into the community.

Chief Fadipe formally becomes the first authentic and certified Baale of Mamu land after several Baales, including his great grand father, the legendary Lagongo of Mamu land who happens to be the founder of Mamu village.

The Baale while receiving his certificate from Akomoyin chieftaincy council expressed readiness to always work for the development of the community and seeks divine wisdom from God Almighty to make the right decisions.

The Baale of Mamu land expresses his profound thanks to the entire Ijemo Akomoyin chieftaincy council under the leadership of Chief Oluyinka Kufile,Oluwo Ijemo and Aro of Egba land.The entire Lagongo descendants, Residents of Mamu Community, Golf View Estate CDA, Mamu CDA, Golf Club Managements and Members, Confraternity of the Pen, Media Practitioners, Ogun State Television Management and Staff, Celebrity Journalists Practitioners Association of Nigeria, Nigeria Women in Media, Nigeria Union of Journalists Lagos and Ogun State Chapter, Friends and Families.
