The programme is scheduled to hold in three phases with first holding in Owo and Ose Local Governments on Saturday November 29, 2025; second holding in Akoko South East and Akoko South West Local Governments on Saturday December 6 and Akoko North East and Akoko North West Local Governments on Saturday December 13, 2025.

A benefactor described the empowerment “as what we need in our area being farmers society.”

Reacting to the philanthropic gestures by Adeyanju, who is also a committed member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), one of stakeholders in the catchment area, Ajibade Ologunade Adeshina, lauded the benefactor.

According to Ajibade, “Engr. Mike Adeyanju is not just a generous man, but a Champion of People’s Prosperity.
‎
“‎Talking about a leader with purpose and direction, a visionary, who’s planting hope with every step he takes, and encouraging his people to renewed their hope for a new dawn is here. ‎
“‎Your dedication to empowering individuals and communities is a shining example of visionary leadership that will be felt for generations to come. It’s on record that you filled the gap, for people to benefit from democracy, despite the fact that you are not the current senator.
‎This new initiative is a critical step towards transforming economies and achieving sustainable food production across all the communities in the 72 wards of Ondo North Senatorial District.
‎
“‎Typically, this is a focus on a vision to defeat hunger, a commitment to food security, poverty reduction, and socio-economic growth. We appreciate your foresight in identifying this critical need in the agricultural sector and addressing it proactively.

An act recognized as a practical intervention, providing tangible tools (like fertilizers, seedlings, and processing machines) that offer long-term benefits, rather than temporary relief.
