A bus conductor on Monday allegedly stabbed a LASTMA officer during a routine enforcement operation at Ile-Epo Market on the Lagos-Abeokuta Road. The Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has condemned reports that some tertiary institutions are delaying or refusing to refund students whose tuition fees were already paid before NELFUND’s disbursement.
