The panel of judges for the 2022 AMDF Journalist of the Year Award, has announced three finalists for this year’s award. Katsina state governor, Aminu Masari state on Tuesday, presented N288.63 billion as the state’s budget for the 2023 fiscal year to the state House Assembly.
