ASHENEWS reports that agriculture, health, and other science-related courses got 3,572 students as Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto, on Wednesday, matriculated 5,859 newly admitted students for the 2024/2025 academic session. The Vice Chancellor, Professor Bashir Garba, said that the institution currently has 17 faculties, a College of Health Sciences, a College of Postgraduate Studies, a School of Medical Laboratory Science, a School of Public Health, 15 research centers, and central research laboratories, among others.
