Boko Haram terrorists, on Saturday killed 43 farmers in Kwashebe Zamarmari of Jere local government area of Borno state. The victims were harvesting rice when the terrorists unexpectedly pounced in the latest episode of insecurity across the country. President Muhammadu Buhari will on December 1 roll out the autogas scheme in Abuja as the Federal government moves to create alternative fuel for automobiles and other prime movers in Nigeria. The police command in Ekiti on Friday confirmed the killing of a police officer as gunmen allegedly abducted a Chinese expatriate in Ado Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital. The abductee was one of the engineers working with the Chinese company handling the new Ado-Iyin road. Six people have been confirmed dead in an accident which involved a truck and a Honda Pilot Jeep in the Ogere area on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway. One other person was badly injured in the accident. Mr Ahmed Umar, the Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Ogun, confirmed on Saturday in Abeokuta.
