The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Saturday, recorded five deaths and 1,633 cases of the COVID-19, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 120,602. The World Health Organisation (WHO) has announced the signing of an advance purchase agreement securing up to 40 million doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine. The agreement is coming under the UN-led COVAX equitable vaccine supply programme.
