The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has reported 164 new cases of COVID-19 OVID-19, rising the total to 60,430. The Centre on its Twitter handle @NCDCGov on Monday night said Lagos recorded 64 while FCT trailed with 26 cases. The breakdown of the cases is as stated below: Lagos-64 FCT-26 Enugu-20 Kaduna-11 Oyo-11 Plateau-8 Ondo-7 Anambra-4 Nasarawa-3 Osun-3 Ebonyi-2 Imo-2 Benue-1 Katsina-1 Ogun-1 According to the tweet, a total of 51,943 persons have been discharged while the country has recorded 1,115 deaths so far.

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) on Monday confirmed the death 17 persons and injury of four others in road traffic accident at Zubali village along Kano to Potiskum road.
