The President of Senate, Ahmed Lawan, says the National Assembly, NASS, would ensure justice for victims of alleged abuses by the personnel of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS). Igbo National Stakeholders Assembly, INSA, has advocated for the reduction of high cost of governance and suggested salaries and emoluments for the President, Governors, National Assembly, NASS members and all elected and appointed political office holders. Chinese researchers have successfully applied single-dose fertilisation in mechanised rice planting to reduce nitrogen cost. The current fertilisation is realised by spreading fertilizers over the fields, causing a large amount of fertilizer loss and rice field pollution. Researchers from the Nanjing Agricultural University adjusted the ratio of slow-release fertilizer and controlled-release fertilizer. The Nigeria Governors’ Forum, NGF, on Monday said the looted COVID-19 palliative in warehouses in some states were not hoarded but kept for vulnerable.
