The North East Governors Forum (NEGF) on Thursday said it would establish a North East Airline and Bank to alleviate suffering and boost economy of the region. The NEGF consists of governors of Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba and Yobe States, respectively.
