A U. S.-based health influencer, Amanda Rocchio, has taken to her Instagram to share the ‘healthiest teas in the world’.

The nutrition expert has revealed the ‘healthiest teas in the world’ that will help increase every aspect of your life – from your sleep to your skin.

Rocchio frequently shares recipes and tips to increase your life and immune system on her Instagram account, where she boasts more than 1.5 million followers.

Recently, the US-based expert took to social media to give tea lovers good news as she shared the best ones to help solve every problem in your life.

She gushed about the benefits of green, ginger, peppermint, and hibiscus tea – revealing which flavor you should sip on to improve your life.

Recently, the US-based expert took to social media to give tea lovers good news as she shared the best ones to help solve every problem in your life

Amanda explained that these were the healthiest teas and asked people on the web which they were more likely to take a sip of.

In a viral video, which has so far amassed more than 150,000 views, she poured the beverages into different cups.

As she poured each tea, she explained the benefits of them.

People on the web couldn’t get enough of Amanda’s lifestyle and nutrition tips.

They praised her for sharing the advantages of drinking tea on the daily.

Tea lovers flooded the comments section and shared their favorite flavor of tea.

Although Amanda seemed to be pouring hot tea in her video, people on the web noted that the benefits don’t differ based on whether you drink the beverage hot or cold.

In the comments section, Amanda shared that she loves purchasing her tea online.

Need more energy? Sip on green tea

Amanda began by raving about the benefits of green tea, which she said can help to give you more energy

She said: ‘Drink green tea for energy and antioxidants. Green tea contains caffeine, L-theanine & antioxidants perfect for energy & overall health.’

According to Healthline, green tea contains catechins, which are antioxidants that can prevent cell damage.

One study even reveals that sipping on green tea daily can improve cognitive functions.

She said: ‘Drink chamomile tea to improve sleep quality and for relaxation.

‘Chamomile tea is great to drink at night to help with overall sleep quality and promote relaxation.’

According to Real Simple, the antioxidant apigenin that’s found in chamomile tea helps promote better sleep.

This same antioxidant can also lower your risk of gastrointestinal pain, arthritis, autoimmune disorders and depression.

And if you’re feeling stressed chamomile tea can also be the perfect beverage to help ease any anxiety.

No more nausea! Ginger tea can relieve symptoms of motion sickness and dizziness

After gushing about the benefits of chamomile tea, Amanda moved on to ginger tea.

She said: ‘Ginger tea is known to help with nausea and also help lower inflammation.’

According to Healthline, ginger root contains gingerols and shogaols, which are considered bioactive components and help to boost your health.

One study shows that sipping on ginger tea can help relieve symptoms of motion sickness and dizziness.

More research noted that ginger was more effective than any standard drugs at preventing nausea and vomiting – especially after general anesthesia.

Lastly, the nutrition expert raved about the benefits of hibiscus tea.

She said: ‘Hibiscus tea is great for support overall skin health & beauty.’
