ASHENEWS reports that the Lagos state governor, Babajide Sonwo-Olu, swore in members of his executive council, at the Adeyemi Bero Auditorium, Alausa Ikeja on Wednesday.

The following is the list of the commissioners with their portfolios:

  1. Mr. Afolabi Ayantayo – Commissioner for Establishment Training and Pensions
  2. Mr. Jamiu Alli-Balogun – Commissioner for Basic Education
  3. Mr. Gbenga Oyerinde – Commissioner, Special Duties
  4. Mr. Lawal Pedro (SAN) – Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice
  5. Mr. Mobolaji Ogunlende – Commissioner for Youth and Social Development
  6. Hon. Ibrahim Layode – Commisioner for Home Affairs and culture
  7. Mrs. Toke Benson-Awoyinka – Commisioner for Tourism
