Speaking with ASHENEWS in an exclusive interview on Tuesday, the Secretary of the Tribunal, Mr. Sunday Martins said no dates have been fixed for the various petitions.

“We have not fixed dates for the petitions. This is because we started service on the Petitioners’ lawyers today, and some of the addresses are as far as Abuja. However, we will ensure that we serve all counsels within the week, all things being equal. Until we serve them all, no date can be fixed, to avoid some back and forth,” he said.
