A Pediatric Oncologist at the Niger Delta University Teaching Hospital in Bayelsa, Dr Timipah West has called for the establishment of dedicated pediatric oncology centres across all the geopolitical zones in Nigeria.

The Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Muhammad Ali-Pate has inaugurated the construction of 10 first-class oncology and diagnostic centres to promote equality and enhance access to quality healthcare service delivery in the country.
