The third session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee to develop an international legally binding instrument on plastic pollution, including in the marine environment (INC-3), opened today in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi. INC-3 members will start negotiations on the basis of the Zero Draft text prepared by the Chair of the INC.
