Tech radiation threatening human health, QNET claims

Stakeholders on Friday urged government hospitals to prioritize strategic planning, innovation, and technology to improve healthcare delivery in Lagos State and beyond.

QNET, a global direct selling and wellness company, has raised concerns over the potential health effects of radio waves, technology devices, and 5G networks, saying they may impact human wellbeing.

Speaking at a product workshop on Friday in Abuja, QNET’s Regional Strategy and Marketing Manager, Mr. Bernieg Gaksch, said the increasing number of internet-connected devices — estimated at more than 15 billion globally — had heightened exposure to radiation from mobile networks, Wi-Fi devices, microwaves and other sources.

Gaksch claimed that such exposure could affect human health.

“There is no way one can say 5G cannot cause cancer or some sickness in the body. 5G is a type of radiation. The possibilities of cancer are there, and this is a proven fact that 5G can cause cancer,” he said.

He further alleged that radiation from 5G and other radio waves could “unbalance energy points” in the body, though he added that the extent of impact depended on an individual’s immune system and physical strength.

Other possible health concerns associated with device use, he said, included hyperactivity, anxiety, stress, headaches, fatigue and other complex conditions.

Gaksch said QNET had developed products aimed at reducing what the company described as harmful radiation and shielding users from the negative effects of technology.

He listed the solutions as Bio Disc 3, Bio Light 3, Chi Pendant 4 and E-Guard X, which he said were built using the company’s Amezcua Resonance Technology (ART).

He described ART as an activated wafer technology designed to restore body equilibrium by reconnecting the human biofield with nature.

According to him, the Chi Pendant 4, made from a geometric octagon-shaped copper alloy, applies principles of quantum physics to harmonize the body’s natural fields and “convert negative radiation into beneficial energy.”

He said the E-Guard X provides protection from electromagnetic field (EMF) radiation emitted by everyday devices such as smartphones and laptops, while the Bio Disc 3 is said to “restructure water molecules” to make them more soluble for the body.

The Bio Light 3, he added, was designed to help regulate bodily functions and promote a sense of wellbeing.

Gaksch noted that the products do not offer protection from extremely high-level radiation such as that emitted by microwave ovens or nuclear sources but are intended for everyday exposure from phones, Wi-Fi routers and general radio waves.

QNET, which operates a multi-level marketing system, sells wellness, nutrition, personal care and home solution products through its global e-commerce platform.
