In a strong show of corporate social responsibility, Megastar Media Communications has donated a state-of-the-art, solar-powered toilet facility to Junior Secondary School, Sokale Dutse Alhaji, Abuja.
The facility was officially handed over to the school community during a brief ceremony attended by students, teachers, and local stakeholders.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Adeniyi Ifetayo, CEO of Megastar Media Communications, emphasized the company’s commitment to promoting health, environmental sustainability, and community development.
“Clean and safe sanitation facilities are a basic right for every child,” said Dr. Ifetayo. “With solar technology integrated, we’re not only addressing the students’ immediate hygiene needs but also helping the school reduce long-term utility costs.”
The Principal of the school, Dr. Oba Funsho Usman, received the facility with deep appreciation, describing the gesture as unexpected and impactful.
