NAWOJ salutes poly first female rector

The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, NAWOJ, has congratulated the first female Rector of Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Engr Dr Francisca Nwatulugo.
Led by its national president, Mrs Ifeyinwa Omowole and the national secretary, Mrs Ladi Bala, the NAWOJ officials paid courtesy visit to the Rector after the association’s training workshop/training, held in Anambra.
Omowole assured the Rector of NAWOJ’s support in the area of positive reportage of the activities and programs of Polytechnic, while praying to God to strengthen her and her management staff.
Engr. Nwatulugo broke the jinx to become the first female rector since the institution was established in 1980.
Alongside the president on the visit were the national Treasurer, Ifeoma Obi, Chairpersons of Anambra, Imo, Abia, Enugu and Edo.
