The wife of Kebbi state governor, Zainab Nasare Nasir Idris has approved the appointment of reporter of the The Nation Newspaper, Khadija Saidu, as her Press Secretary.

The appointment is based on merit and track records of the appointee. The appointment are with effect from 9th June, 2023.
Idris tasked Saidu to see her appointment as a call to service and to do her best to justify the confidence reposed in her.
She also wished her the best in the discharge of her statutory duties to the state.
