He called on party members and supporters to continue rallying around Governor Ahmed Aliyu’s administration to ensure the delivery of more democratic dividends to the people of Sokoto State.
Also speaking, APC Deputy Chairman in Sokoto State, Yahaya Buhari Siriddawa, described Senator Wamakko as a father, mentor, and leader who consistently prioritizes the welfare of his constituents. He noted that such empowerment initiatives have become a hallmark of the senator’s leadership.
According to him, the distribution of electric scooters will significantly support mobility for youth and women leaders, improve their efficiency in party activities, and strengthen grassroots political coordination across the eight local government areas in the zone.
Beneficiaries expressed appreciation to the senator, describing him as a compassionate leader committed to the welfare of his people. They also offered prayers for Allah’s continued guidance, protection, and strength for the senator.
The mini-ceremony was held at Senator Wamakko’s residence in the Gawon Nama area of Sokoto and was attended by members of the State Assembly in the zone, local government APC chairmen and executive chairmen, as well as party leaders across the zone.
