Kaduna Gov appoints new corps marshal, others for traffic agency [SEE LIST]

Kaduna state governor, Nasir Ahmad El-Rufaí has approved the appointment of Carla Abdulmalik as the new Corps Marshal, Kaduna State Traffic Law Enforcement Agency (KASTLEA).

Also appointed are Hauwa T. Othman as Deputy Corps Marshal (Administration & Finance) and Umar Umar as Deputy Corps Marshal (Operations).

Others are six Assistant Corps Marshals including: Joy George Zemo, Asst. Corps Marshal (General Administration & Human Resources); Jibrin Muhammad, Asst. Corps Marshal (ICT); Aliyu Manga Abdullahi Asst. Corps Marshal (Zonal Offices); Ayuba Imiya, Asst. Corps Marshal (intelligence/ Provost); Salisu Magaji Muhammad, Asst. Corps Marshal (Logistics) and Idris Shehu, Asst. Corps Marshal (Finance & Accounts).

Carla Abdulmalik joined KASTLEA in 2015, first as Head of Technology/Logistics, before serving as Head, Human Resources and acting Director, Admin & Finance.

She also served as Deputy Corps Marshal before her current appointment as Corps Marshal.

Hauwa T. Othman has worked as Assistant Deputy Marshal (Budget & Planning) at KASTLEA since 2016, while Umar Umar has been an Assistant Corps Marshal since 2016.
