Governor Aminu Tambuwal, is presently playing host to the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai at the Government House, Sokoto.
Although details of Buratai’s visit to Tambuwal is not immediately known, Ashenewsonline gathered from a reliable government source that it may not be unconnected with the security challenges in the Northwest, including Sokoto.
While Buratai was accompanied by Army Commanders to the Government House, the Deputy governor, Munir Dan’iya and Secretary to the State Government, SSG, Alhaji Sa’idu Umar were among those who received the Army Chief along with Tambuwal.
