The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Board of Trustees member, Senator Joy Emordi on Wednesday, dumped the party and defected to the All Progressives Congress, APC,
She was received by Yobe governor and Chairman of the APC Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee, Mala Buni.
Emordi’s defection is coming barely 24 hours after seven national officers of the party resigned in protest against the national chairman of the PDP, Uche Secondus’ alleged exclusion of them from the affairs of the party.
