Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia state, has suspended his Chief of Staff, Dr. ACB Agbazuere for allegedly spreading money on a popular pastor.
The suspension was reportedly as a result of a viral video on social media, depicting the Chief of Staff spraying money on a pastor, Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, popularly known as Odumeje, in his office.
According to a statement by Barr. Chris Ezem, Secretary to the state government, said Mr. Alozie Odoemelam will act as Chief of Staff untill further notice.
“Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has directed the immediate suspension from office of the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Dr ACB Agbazuere.
“The Permanent Secretary, Government House, Mr Alozie Odoemelam, will perform the duties of the office of Chief of Staff until further notice,” the statement reads.
