Gov. Babagana Zulum of Borno has released the sum of N100million to the National Orthopedic Hospital Azare Hawul (NOHA), earlier approved to address some of its teething problems. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for approving and paying the 2024 accoutrement allowance to resident doctors in the state recently approved.
