This is contained in a statement by the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken on Wednesday. Katsina state governor, Aminu Masari has presented a budget of N340 billion for 2022 to the state House of Assembly for approval. Presenting the budget tagged, “Budget of Economic Resilience”, Masari said it was higher than the 2020 figure by N48 billion.
